Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your WBA account and personal data using the form below, or directly within the app (Account → Delete Account).

When your account is deleted:

• Your personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are anonymised.
• Your wellbeing assessment history and scores are removed within 30 days.
• Your push notification token is deleted immediately.
• Payment records, if any, are retained only as required by applicable financial regulations.
